Vietnam, Singapore Launch Negotiations on Digital Trade Agreement

A Digital Economy Agreement (DEA) is a treaty that sets digital trade rules and digital economy collaborations between two or more countries. Businesses in the partner countries will be able to connect more seamlessly as the DEAs establish common frameworks and rules for digital trade.
