WhatsApp Adds ‘Carts’ for a Better Shopping Experience

WhatsApp, a popular American messaging app has added a new ‘carts’ feature that enables businesses to easily conduct transactions through the platform while also providing customers with a hassle-free holiday shopping experience.

From allowing its users to browse online catalogues from shops, the Facebook-owned messaging service has pushed deeper into eCommerce with its ‘carts’ feature. With this in place, users can now select multiple items, combine them into a single order and send it as one message directly to the business.
